INCH commenced as a Community Rent Scheme (CRS) with a property quota of 45 in a small office in Lutwyche.
2011

20th Anniversary

1,172 Tenants Housed
2020

30th Anniversary

1,775 individuals/families have been housed by INCH. Management of 156 properties.
