Queensland’s Housing Register
Unfortunately, INCH Housing Inc. does not accept housing applications directly. All applications for community or social housing must be submitted through the Department of Community, Housing and Digital Economy, which manages and maintains the Queensland Housing Register. INCH provides housing to individuals and families who are already listed on this register.
To apply for Community and Social Housing, you need to submit your application to the Department of Community, Housing and Digital Economy.

Australian Citizenship or Residency Status
You must be an Australian citizen or have residency status.
Location
You must be a resident of Queensland.
Property Ownership
You should not own or part-own property or overseas (some exemptions apply).
Liquid Assets
You must meet the liquid assets limits.
Wellbeing Factors
You must be experiencing 3 wellbeing factors.
Household Income
You must meet the household income limits – this is the total income for all people living in the property.
